This is the first of a series of fish drawings I'm doing.
I'm playing with some layer options and patern designs. I was semi successful here, but it looked a LOT better on my second attempt. [link]

Neon Tetras have always been a favorite aquarium fish of mine, ever since I was little I've always found them to be beautiful. I tried to accentuate the glowing stripe here.
