I don't know what in the world posessed me to draw this. I guess Steve Martin's arrow-through-the-head has always had a place in my heart, and it just seemed to fit for a Legolas arrow to be in Gimli's head.

The last picture I did was pretty popular, so I did this one in that style as well. I really like this kind of thing. I may try mixing it up with the airbrush soon too.

(Note: I wasn't conciously trying to make their faces caricatures of those in the movie, but more generic and befitting of this style. One day I'll learn to merge the two, but not yet!)

Ida know why, but this strikes me as being very Big Time Design in nature. Maybe not, but it strikes me that way. I didn't strike back, and I hope the swelling goes down soon.
